Reminders
- Housing is not guaranteed.
- A campus housing rental agreement lasts through the end of the academic year (June). If you leave your housing before the end of the agreement, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rental agreements in the community may last through August 31, and may not allow for cancellation. Check all terms and conditions before making a commitment.
- If you apply for more than one housing option, accept only one. You will be financially responsible for all agreements you accept.

To add your name to the housing waitlist, send an email to campus housing:
- Include your name and "UCEAP Wait List" in the subject line of your message.
- Provide your name, UC Davis student ID number, and contact information.
- Identify yourself as an UCEAP student in the text of your message.
- Provide the first term of your study abroad as fall or winter.
- Report the number of terms you will be attending.
Notification: Offers are made based on available space.

Fee: $121 per quarter (subject to change) will be billed to your UC Davis account (fee includes orientation)

- Check Schedule Builder or MyUCDavis to view your individual course enrollment appointment pass times beginning:
- Fall: May 2, 2022
- Winter: October 24, 2022
- Pass times:
- Pass 1: Enrollment limit is 17 units.
- Fall: May 9, 2022 to May 20, 2022
- Winter: October 31,2022 to November 11, 2022
- Pass 2: Enrollment limit is 19 units. You may wait list courses. Drop unwanted courses before adding new courses.
- Fall: August 23 to September 3, 2021
- Winter: November 15 to November 26, 2021
- Pass 1: Enrollment limit is 17 units.
- Open registration:
- Fall: May 21 to June 3, 2022 and September 3 to September 14, 2022

- Open Registration Hours: Enroll Monday - Friday from 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. No appointment necessary.

- Prerequisite check
- Schedule Builder will check to see if you have completed the required prerequisites for all courses. Instructors will remove you from the class if you cannot demonstrate completion of course prerequisites. Contact an advisor if you have questions about whether or not you meet the prerequisites for a course.

Fees
- International Student Fee: $121 per quarter will be billed to your UC Davis account (fee includes orientation)
- Equitable Access Textbook fee (recommended): $169 (subject to change); This fee provides you low cost access to all academic material required for your studies at UC Davis. See information about how to opt-out prior to the deadline.
- UCSA (UC Student Association) fee: $7; this fee is not mandatory, and you may opt-out (choose to not participate) before the deadline.

Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP)
You will automatically be enrolled in your host university health insurance plan. No action is required.
- Undergraduates: $920 each quarter
- Graduates: $1,824 each quarter

Waiving SHIP
To waive SHIP, you must apply for waiver by submitting documentation of comparable health insurance. Waiver must be approved by your host UC.
